To fully reserve the videographer’s services for the date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to complete booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding, but can be paid at any time prior to this date.
The videographer reserves the right to use the footage for promotional purposes.
Refund Policy: If 100% of the wedding video contract is paid for and due to circumstances out of the control of the bride & groom, the wedding is canceled prior to ten days before the date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
If the wedding date is changed due to medical or family emergency or weather emergency, no fee is charged to change date, provided the videographer is available on the new day. If videographer is not, the deposit is still non-refundable. If the reason is not emergency-status (determined by the videographer), a 10% fee of the total package cost may be charged for the change of date.
If the videography services are cancelled prior to the second payment, a 10% fee of the total cost of the wedding will be charged to complete cancellation.
Any late payments will be assessed a 10% additional fee if they are more than 7 calendar days late.
The videographer takes the utmost care in the services provided, and if unforeseen circumstances arise (illness or another emergency) that prevents the videographer from being able to provide services, efforts will be taken to pursue a replacement option, but if all efforts fail, client will not hold the videographer liable. 50% refund will be provided in the event the wedding has been 100% paid for.
In no event will Contractor (Moylan Media) be liable for any consequential, indirect, exemplary, special, or incidental damages arising from or relating to this Agreement. Contractor’s total cumulative liability in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract or tort or otherwise, will not exceed the aggregate amount of Fees actually paid to Contractor for Services performed under this Agreement.
