How to Conquer Family Photos in Record Time!

Step 1: Schedule your immediate family photos for prior to the wedding ceremony (allow 20 minutes)
This includes the following people:
Bride's parents
Groom's parents
All siblings of the couple

These are some of the most important family photos and it is great to get these out of the way prior to the ceremony because:
You will have more time to get all the combinations you want (just the bride and her sisters - YESS QUEEN!)
This is a small enough group of people that you can count on them being there ON TIME!

Step 2: Skip the receiving line and go straight to photos at the altar or arch of your wedding!
Make sure the officiant announces over the microphone for ALL family members of the couple to stay in the ceremony area (this is CRUCIAL)
Do the group photos and individuals with little kids first
Do the group photos and individuals with grandparents second
Do the rest of the extended family photos

Step 3: Make sure you have a dedicated family member who is keeping all the other family members in the area! Ideally one person from each side of the family.
Helps decrease chaos
Makes sure someone is tracking down any missing people
If you include all these steps, you can get through all your family photos in 30 minutes - I promise!
xoxo
